Save Lives. Reduce Harm. Build Safer Communities.

Substance use impacts every community. Effective prevention requires practical skills, evidence-informed education, and a commitment to meeting people where they are.

Resilient Pathways provides harm reduction and overdose prevention training that equips participants to recognize emergencies, respond confidently, reduce risk, and support the health and well-being of their communities.

Our trainings combine public health principles, real-world application, and trauma-informed practices to empower individuals to take meaningful action when it matters most.
