30-Minute Presentation: $350
60-Minute Training: $500
90-Minute Training: $750
2-Hour Training: $950
3-Hour Training: $1,350
Half-Day Training (4 hours): $1,750
Full-Day Training (6–8 hours): $3,000
Custom Curriculum Development: By Quote

All standard training rates include:

Facilitated instruction by an experienced professional
Established, evidence-informed curriculum
Interactive discussion and practical applications
Reasonable adjustments for audience and organizational needs
One brief pre-training planning consultation
Digital resource materials, when applicable

Rates are per session, not per participant. Substantial curriculum development, additional consultation, or extensive customization may require a separate quote.

Travel & Training Delivery

Resilient Pathways offers both virtual and in-person professional development.

Virtual Training

Available for organizations regardless of location, with no travel fees.

In-Person Training

Complimentary travel is included for locations within 25 driving miles of Chico, California.

For locations beyond 25 miles:

Mileage is calculated round-trip, excluding the first 25 miles in each direction.
Additional mileage is billed at the applicable business mileage rate established in the training agreement.
Parking, tolls, lodging, and other necessary travel expenses may apply.
Extended travel time or overnight engagements may require a customized quote.

All anticipated travel expenses will be disclosed before booking confirmation.

Scheduling & Booking Information

Advance Scheduling

We encourage organizations to schedule trainings at least 4-6 weeks in advance to allow adequate time for planning and coordination.

Training Customization

Standard rates include established curriculum and reasonable audience-specific adjustments. Extensive customization, new curriculum development, or additional planning sessions may be quoted separately.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be provided in the service agreement before booking confirmation.

Payment & Agreements

Training engagements are confirmed through a written agreement outlining services, fees, delivery format, and applicable expenses.
