Ready to build a more inclusive, responsive, and resilient campus?

About Resilient Pathways

Resilient Pathways is a trauma-informed consulting and training practice that partners with universities and community organizations to build safer, more inclusive, and responsive environments.

Our work is grounded in the belief that prevention is public health. We equip faculty, staff, and leaders with practical tools to effectively respond to student and community needs, from mental health and substance use to experiences of harm, bias, and crisis.

What We Do

We provide interactive, skill-based trainings and consultations in:

  • LGBTQ+ inclusion and Safe Zone education

  • Trauma-informed bystander intervention

  • Supporting survivors of harm

  • Harm reduction and substance use prevention

  • Strengthening coordinated campus and community response systems

Our approach bridges prevention, intervention, and response, helping organizations move from siloed efforts to integrated, person-centered support.

Our Approach

We center trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and equity in every space we facilitate. Our trainings are designed to be practical, engaging, and immediately applicable, so participants leave with tools they can use right away.
